In 2025, PLA requested Pensacola residents send in their favorite recipes to create a community cookbook. The funds raised from the cookbook sales are used to assist local residents in need. To obtain a cookbook you can order a cookbook by completing the attached form.

Our Cookbook:

Cost for the cookbook is $30.00. If you would like the cookbook to be mailed to you, the cost is $36.00 ($39.00 if you wish insurance). If you live in Yancey County, you will be contacted to let you know that the cookbook can be picked up at Wilson’s General Store located at 9601 State Hwy 197 South.
